What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We also record the contents of your order and the payment method chosen. Browsing this site stores a cart, wishlist and age-confirmation flag in your own browser’s local storage, that information never leaves your device.

Payment information

We do not store card details on this site. Payment is by bank transfer, PayID or cryptocurrency, and the reference details you send us are used solely to reconcile your order.

How we use it

To pack and deliver your order, to verify you are over 18, to answer support enquiries, and, only if you opt in, to email you about new releases. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Who we share it with

Only the courier carrying your parcel, and only what they need to deliver it. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us to make a request.
