How to drink it

At 65.8% this is bottled well above standard strength, so start it neat and add water a few drops at a time, it opens up considerably and the heat drops away fast. There is enough weight for it to work after dinner, particularly with dark chocolate or a strong cheese. Serve at room temperature in a tulip or copita glass if you want to get everything out of the nose.
