How to drink it

At 46.5% it works neat, over one large rock, or with a splash of water to open it up. The sweetness makes it a natural in a highball with dry ginger ale or cola, and it holds its own in an Old Fashioned. Serve at room temperature in a tulip or copita glass if you want to get everything out of the nose.
