How to drink it
At 40% it works neat, over one large rock, or with a splash of water to open it up. The sweetness makes it a natural in a highball with dry ginger ale or cola, and it holds its own in an Old Fashioned. There is enough weight for it to work after dinner, particularly with dark chocolate or a strong cheese. Serve at room temperature in a tulip or copita glass if you want to get everything out of the nose.
