How to drink it

At 50% this is bottled well above standard strength, so start it neat and add water a few drops at a time, it opens up considerably and the heat drops away fast. The sweetness makes it a natural in a highball with dry ginger ale or cola, and it holds its own in an Old Fashioned. Serve at room temperature in a tulip or copita glass if you want to get everything out of the nose.
