How to drink it

At 62.5% this is bottled well above standard strength, so start it neat and add water a few drops at a time, it opens up considerably and the heat drops away fast. The sweetness makes it a natural in a highball with dry ginger ale or cola, and it holds its own in an Old Fashioned. There is enough weight for it to work after dinner, particularly with dark chocolate or a strong cheese. Serve at room temperature in a tulip or copita glass if you want to get everything out of the nose.
