How to drink it
At 43% it works neat, over one large rock, or with a splash of water to open it up. The smoke is the headline here, so avoid drowning it, a large cube and a little time in the glass is all it needs. The sweetness makes it a natural in a highball with dry ginger ale or cola, and it holds its own in an Old Fashioned. There is enough weight for it to work after dinner, particularly with dark chocolate or a strong cheese. It is light enough to drink long, soda and a lemon twist suits it well on a warm night.
