Who we are
Johnnie Walker Australia is an independent whisky merchant based in Collingwood, Melbourne. We hold a Victorian packaged liquor licence and sell online to customers across every Australian state and territory. The business is built around two ranges, Johnnie Walker and Jim Beam, with Jack Daniel’s, Jameson and a wide world whisky selection alongside them.
How we buy
Every bottle is bought through the producer or its appointed Australian agent. We do not deal in parallel imports or unverified stock, and each bottle is recorded on arrival and stored upright, out of direct light, at a stable temperature in our bond store. If we cannot verify a bottle’s chain of custody, we do not list it.
How we pack
Orders are suspension-packed in moulded inserts, double-boxed and insured in transit. If something arrives damaged, photograph it and we replace or refund it, see our refund and returns policy for the detail.
Responsible service
We are age-gated, we require an adult signature on delivery and we refuse orders we believe breach the law. We support DrinkWise Australia, follow the ABAC code and encourage every customer to read the NHMRC alcohol guidelines on low-risk drinking. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
