Delivery rates and times
Delivery is free on every order over $150. Below that, the rate is calculated by destination state and shown live in the cart before you check out.

Age verification on delivery
Alcohol cannot be left unattended in Australia. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the parcel, and the courier may request photo identification. We cannot authorise an authority-to-leave on any order.
Packaging
Bottles ship suspension-packed in moulded inserts, double-boxed and fully insured. Breakages in transit are replaced or refunded on receipt of a photograph, see the returns policy.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. Parcels move through Australia Post and national couriers depending on destination and size.
