Terms of Sale

Age requirement

You must be 18 years or older to buy alcohol in Australia. By placing an order you confirm that you are. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under 18. We refuse and refund any order we believe breaches that, and an adult signature is required on delivery.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged separately unless your order exceeds $150. Prices can change without notice, particularly on allocated and limited releases; the price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If a bottle sells out between your order and dispatch we will contact you to substitute or refund.

Allocation limits

Some releases are limited to a set quantity per customer per release. Where a limit applies it is shown on the product page and enforced at checkout.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACCC consumer guarantees. See our refund and returns policy and delivery information.
